Holding a stone lightly in your hand gives your mind something peaceful to focus on. Close your eyes, feel the weight and texture of the stone, take a few deep breaths and relax your shoulders. One to five minutes give you a quick de-stressing moment during a busy day.
You can also fill the jar with small slips of paper with favorite simple breathing and meditation techniques or mantras.
